Axelle Ahanhanzo is an Equity Diversity and Inclusion Change-Maker and Social Impact Entrepreneur. In the Spring of 2023, she founded LAUDACE to prioritize equity and intersectionality in ED&I transformation. With subject-matter expertise in anti-racism, neuroinclusivity, and gender equity, Axelle’s diverse career spans sales, recruitment, communication, and ED&I. Having lived in eight countries and speaking six languages, she holds an MSc in Corporate Communications from the University of Amsterdam, a BA in Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of Birmingham (UK) and a certificate in DEI in the Workplace from the USF Muma Business School (USA). Drawing from lived experiences with workplace burnout, exclusion and trauma, Axelle advocates for marginalized groups through holistic lenses. Recognized as a Top 10 Finalist at TEDxAmsterdamWomen’s Talent Night 2023, she called for action to urgently create a neuroinclusive world for girls and women from all backgrounds. With her unwavering commitment to social justice and her atypical background, Axelle leads the way toward a more inclusive and equitable future.
